[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG, the sound to the HyperX Cloud II was as if you were in a disco party. The clarity is amazing! The setup was super easy. My daughter love her new gadget to go along with her pc and Playstation. The kids will love this as a gift. I fell in love with it myself, I couldn't stop smiling. It also comes with a detachable microphone and a pop filter. This product far exceeds five stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was so excited to try this out. He loves it. It is very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. It is wireless, which is wonderful. It has virtual surround sound. It has up to 30 hours of playtime on it until it needs charged. The mic is great for talking to others while playing.This is perfect for any gamer.
The bass is good and not over powering, mids are good and not tinny. Mic works great and voice comes through accurate. Battery life is good and comes in at around the advertised 30 hrs. Wish that the mic monitoring was a little louder or adjustable. Build quality is exceptional. Used this for ps5.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. One of his friends has this same headset and my son loves them. He says that you can hear enemies sneaking up behind you in the game. He also says that the in-game conversations are clear with no static over the mic. He also loves that they are wireless with a 30-hour battery life and that the microphone is detachable. That way, if he wants to use the headphones for other activities, all he has to do is take off the microphone attachment. He also likes that all of the components can be replaced, extending the life of the headset.

I bought this headset thinking I could connect it to my Xbox, but none of the videos help me at all if anyone can help me write a review below
I amwent to the Best Buy website to see if I was wrong, but someone else had the SAME EXACT issue. I do not believe there was a mistake, but a non-disclosure at Wal-Mart and Best Buy. Below is the experience that both myself and the Best Buy customer ............. The listing is for a 7.1 Surround Sound headset but after I took it home and set it up, there was no setting to activate the 7.1. I later realized on the box that it says DTS on the lower left of the box (pictured). I thought maybe they gave me the wrong headset but couldn't find a different listing for a Cloud 2 DTS headset. After a couple hours of troubleshooting and research I found that HyperX changed manufacturers from Kingston to HP which resulted in the 7.1 feature to be replaced with DTS which is not what I want because of it's history with latency issues. While the casual listener may not hear the difference or bother with the setup, it is not what I was shopping for. They share the same model and sku number so I'm hoping to get lucky and find a nearby store that still has one with 7.1 sitting on their shelf so I can exchange it but so far no luck. I will most likely end up returning these and look into another brand.
