I bought two of these for Christmas gifts for my twin daughters. I love them and have played with them everyday. Battery's are still going strong.
Bought for my 7 year old daughter to use with a generic MP3 player and it works just fine, but puts a major drain on the player's battery for some reason 'cause it uses its own batteries. What I didn't know is that the dog doesn't need to be plugged into a player and will react (and dance) to external music playing from the radio or from the sound of conversation. I'm surprised that my daughter actually prefers the "free" clip that came with iDog 'cause she can go mobile with her music. It doesn't dance, but the face lights up to the music. This does not work on external sound, it must be plugged in to some kind of player. Walmart beat any price I could find on the internet, including ebay and Amazon and the free "ship to store" was great. So far, very pleased with the purchase. I like the little dog - especially it's little tapping foot.
Really great bundle and my kids loved it! I bought two of the products and really entertaining. Great for kids to listen to music.
I bought this little I-dog thinking that it would be cute to put on my work desk, and that it would be nice to have something to play my music though. I had absolutely no idea that it was something that was interactive! I think it is super cute that it moves, but I adore the option that lets you turn that off as it does get pretty loud. It serves its intended purpose, and it is cute, the price was prefect. I actually did price compaire, and oddly the I-dog was 29.99 by it's self in some stores and the Clip was 14.98, so yeah at $25.00 for both was a definate value. I have yet to use the clip, and will probably give it to my niece, but I am guessing it works as well as the I-dog.
My daughter got this for Christmas. I don't get, but she loves it. The dog has to be "taken care of"--you feed it music and give it attention. She was thrilled with it.
This I-Dog is sooooooooo cute. His volume is at a good level as well. I purchased this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old daughter. She loves it. It is very easy to use, even for us Analog people in this Digital world.
