the app is faulty and so is the camera. the "24/7" support from the manufacturer website never responds. The temperature gauge and humidity gage is wrong. the camera makes awful noises and I have to reset the camera multiple times for it to work.
Shipped without North American plug head for power adapter! And a replacement power adapter from iBaby with shipping costs more than I spent on the camera! Very unhappy...
The camera does not connect to my iphone xs or samsung phone. The app crashes when you try to open it. This product is a waste.
After receiving two orders. Decided that is not worth it. It comes with an power adapter but it does conect with the USA standard outlets. First I though a part was missing, so Walmart ship me a replacement. The second it was the same. And instead of expending extra $ for a adapter I change my order for the Model M2S. For the money I was thinking to expend on the adapter I bought a newer version and works great.
The reason that Walmart sells this for so cheap is that the app it uses is no longer supported by iBaby and won't work on any of my devices that has a newer iOS than 10.0. Don't waste your money.
Returned after a day. App was awful and would not connect. Got a d-link camera for half the price that actually works.
Will not work the app is faulty. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!! Serious waste of money and your time.
It does not come with a US outlet charger. It has a charger with different prongs that can be used to plug it in, but none of them are US compatible. I saw no where in the description that this was the case
I never could get it to work or connect to my wifi and also once i hooked my daughters phone up with it the phone never came on again
Do Not Buy. I bought this for my 5 year since he got in his new room. the app will not work it keeps closing. very disappointed. I never even got past setup.
