I've been taking this for around 2 weeks. Seems to be working so far. I would recommend it if needed to help with a sluggish thyroid.
I like the price and the ease of getting my daily requirement of iodine without fuss or needing to eat expensive seafoods. The Midwest is known as an area where people are often iodine deficient. Taking a small inexpensive pill is good insurance for healthy thyroid function.

taking kelp for years, really helps my slow thyroid with the metabolism gives energy, I am 56, love the product.
I am not sure yet what the effectiveness is seeing how I have only been taking them for almost a week now. But the taste is horrible (like really fishy tasting) but still going to take them and see what benefits it will give me. And I would buy them again...
