I am an avid user of IcyHot Menthol (16%). It always helps my muscle aches and pains after a workout. I love this product. I've tried the IcyHot Lidocaine, but the menthol will always be my choice.
I've depended on icyhot as long as I can remember. I use it after playing sports and after doing yard work and home. The scent is strong, but love the tube applicator and creamy texture.
This was something I bought back when I ended up pulling my shoulder and I feel this worked a lot better than the normal tube. It was not nearly as messy and the application was super easy and quick! Great for awkward places like under your knees . This is affordable as well
As stated in the topic, if you ain't shy of temperature spectrums being applied upon your skin be it anywhere you deem it to be patched for, it does what it does.
The patch was cold, but never did get hot. Not something I'll buy again.
I'm currently icing my knee, not because of the injury but because the icy hot roll on caused serious burns! It's been 2 hours since I applied it, I've tried everything and it still burns so badly. Someone needs to sue them for this. Every review says the same thing.
I applied small amount under my neck within seconds it started to burn really bad was not a good feeling .the next say my skin was so irritated well never try nor buy anything has go do with icy hot . I would recommend to apply a small amount by the back and see if it gives u a burning sensation
I have been using roll on pain relief products (many brands) for years now. Grabbed icy hot brand roll on for the 1st time, usually use icy hot cream...but cream is not as effective/convenient as a roll on. I am on hour 4 now of excruciating burning pain. Have tried washing it off with bath soap, with dish soap, olive oil & castor oil. I'm getting zero relief. It is 1am, so really trying to not go to ER, but the pain that this product is causing me is 100 times worse than my usual arthritis pain that I was trying to treat! Negative 5 stars out of 10!
My neck has been extremely sore. I had mentioned this to a friend and they gave me this product. It's hour 3 of excruciating burning sensation. I've tried cold compress soap and water olive oil and nothing works. I'm going to try and hold out going to ER but I don't know how much more I can take. Do not use this product. There needs to be a lawsuit filed if one hasn't been already.
My poor daughter had a mild hand pain and ended up with severe burning of her skin and excruciating pain after applying a little of the icy hot roll on. Tried Aloe, burn gel and olive oil trick but nothing helped. This should NOT be allowed on the shelves. ! Law suit . Disgraceful product as many people concur.
