I own 2 of these bad boys!!!!!!!!!!!! They work great, and light up and chime when it dispenses soap. (note) Don't remove your hand from the soap magic until you hear the chime. I am in a wheelchair and the SOAP MAGIC makes things easier.
I picked up Soap Magic on 4/10/11. Have been using it every day. I use an moisturizing hand soap in it with no problems. We use it in the kitchen. It's great while you are baking/cooking and need to wash your hands. I'am so glad I finally decided to buy it.
the product works as advertised. My wife and I love the product.
I love this product. It works every time and simple to fill. I plan on buying a couple more.
This is great for the kids bathroom. I don't worry about the germs the kids get all over the soap dispenser. It works great when you stick one hand under the auto dispenser and use the other hand to turn on the water to save that 3 second delay. Too bad it can't be used for creams.
Absolutely love this soap dispenser that we purchased in 04/2011. We had hands-free dispensers before most people even knew about them. 7 Likes: 1) I like that it's plastic. Some of the metal/aluminum ones we've had rust, and rust leaves stains on everything it touches. 2) I like that it's not super-sensitive...meaning I just about stick my head under it while rinsing my mouth and it doesn't dispense soap. That's cool because most dispensers are so sensitive that if you even get near them they release soap. 3) I like that this one chimes and lights up. Kind of fun. 4) I like that it has a clear soap container so I know when it's getting low on soap. 5) I like the fact that it's smaller; some are big and ugly and in the way. 6) I like the price, $20, we've paid $50 in the past for ones that were junk. 7) I like that it works with thick liquid soap; some will only work with thin soap.
This is a fairly decent product. It has different settings to where you can have it light up and make a chiming noise or just light up when it dispenses soap. My two year old cousin just loves it when it chimes. It does take 4 AAA batteries but it doesn't drain the batteries real quick. They last a good while. A good thing about it is that if you get water on it or some gets underneath the soap dispenser, it won't hurt it. It is raised up just enough that a little water won't hurt. The only complaint that I have is that you can't use real thick soaps with it. It tends to take a long time to get the amount of soap you want. With the thicker soaps it usually takes about 3-4 times to get enough as with the thinner soaps, it only takes 1 or 2 times. All together, this is a good product for the money and I would recommend it but just don't use real thick soaps.
I had to take one of these units back because the thing would dispense soap on it own. Waste of soap. Other wise they are very handy.
we had this product less than a year and the senser stop working. It was working great and just stopped, I changed the batteries, clean it, nothing.
It takes about 5-6 full seconds for soap to be dispensed. When it does, you only get a tiny squirt of soap. So really, you have to go through the process twice to get a decent amount. Not worth it considering there are other choices out there. I'll be returning this product.
