Great product great price
I purchased this product for a sibling making her first trip to DC. It is created for the needs of people traveling by plane. And they did a great job! Pockets outside provide ample room for some of those extras that seem to magically appear for the return trip after shopping. Interior is also well laid out. This 20" carryon (I also purchased the 28" for her to check), is plenty spacious but fits right into the overhead bays of United's regional jet fleet (the newer ones - there is no hope for those old monstrosities and I hope they retire them all SOON). It leaves a courteous amount of room for the other half of the bay. I have an old set of Samsonite that has seen better days, and I am pretty sure my next luggage purchase is coming from iFLY. They just did it right. Also - our driveway has been torn up pending a resurfacing project later this spring (2017). We had no trouble with gravel and the wheels, as some have unfortunately experienced. Everything was terrific about this luggage. I can't say enough positive stuff about it!
Needed a carry on size bag quickly and ordered this. Love that it's so lightweight; makes it my new go-to bag instead of my extremely heavy, even when empty, SAMSONxxx bag. I read the reviews saying it tends to topple over, so I packed accordingly, with heavy items at the bottom, and had no issues whatsoever. The handle is surprisingly sturdy for such an inexpensive bag, and rises to a comfortable height for me (I'm 5'8"). The rollers worked fine for me.
