Worried about the 20 year warranty though. So I am including the sku 061623338300 from walmart in case i ever have to report any issue. My other two pieces have lasted since 2017 until the handle detached on the 24". Other than this, this set has conquered the storm. I didn't realize how hard it was to shop for great luggage sets. I would like to see more colors like bright neon green, shiny emerald green or cobalt blue and canary yellow together.
I always travel and now I'm getting old I need a reliable and easy to roll luggage A friend of mine introduce this product and since then I don't use any other brand luggage. I bought small and large before and now I bought another large luggage again and I recommend this product to all my friends

I bought this for my five year old daughter. She loves the color and she gets a lot of attention wheeling it around in the airport. We've been on two trips and so far the quality is pretty good. It's a nice size kids luggage.
Love it so much bought the 20'' for my 8 year old and she adores it. Will be travelling soon and it's totally sturdy and light weight and i know she is more than excited especially about her new suitcase. Perfect and price was right!!

This piece of luggage was for my 93 year old mother. It was lightweight and durable. The skate wheels were the best part. It was easy for her to push. The color was easy for her to recognize on her trip
My bag had a malfunction.. iFly verified the issue by asking me to send a video, but then they offered to send me a replacement. It was a very limited set of replacement colors that didn't match my original purchase — but the customer experience was smooth and I appreciated the prompt and free replacement!
I am SO disappointed. It is so thin, I just got it yesterday, 2 days late, and one time at the airport, and its got marks and scratches all over it... it is not well made at all. Everyone knows the airport people just throw your luggage around... and this one looks like it was beat to death... I wish I could get my money back. Don't buy it unless you're going on car trips only!
