The best thing about I fly is not only the fun colors but the way the wheels roll effortlessly!!! It is hard to find a piece of luggage, even with the double wheels, that actually is very easy to handle. The bags are lightweight and very sturdy. iFLY is also very affordable.
I had one beautiful hard side crack so I was leery about ordering another until my friend told me had this one several years with no issues and it also had a warranty. It is also beautiful with soft handles and sturdy zippers.
So I got the luggage for my daughter for an upcoming trip. It came pretty quick which was nice. But when it arrived it came in a "Sterilite" box "3 drawer wide weave tower" OK Whatever it's just a box! When I took the luggage out to inspect zippers, and wheels. When I opened it to check the liner I noticed a big lump under it. Carefully opening it hoping nothing is going to jump out at me it ended up being a set of pillow shams??? Check the top liner and 2 MORE LUMPS??? Okie Dokie! unzip that one and its another set of pillow shams and a childs bicycle helmet??? I did not order these items! I called Walmart.com and they told me to throw them away. HMMMM OK. I believe this was an item that was taken from the shelf in a store somewhere. Someone must have tried to steel those items or was going to come back later and collect the luggage with the items in it. If the shams were a different color I would use them for myself, and the helmet is too small and "babyish" for my daughter. Guess I can sell them. I don't think the luggage was used because it has no scuffs and still has the tags as seen in the picture. When we return from our trip I will update with how it held up on the plane.
This suitcase is truly large, and that's just what I wanted when going home for the summer from college. It got quite scuffed up pretty quickly, and the handles make me a little nervous because I feel like they aren't as sturdy, but this suitcase so far has held up. It definitely holds a lot, so if that's what you're looking for then you've found it. I 100% trust this suitcase to keep whatever I pack safe, but to be honest, I'm not sure how long the suitcase itself will last. Nevertheless, the size and functionality is worth the price in my opinion.
It's a beautiful suitcase and I've had good experiences traveling with a 20” by this brand in the past. Unfortunately, it arrived with a dent in the corner…often where cracks end up happening when checking bags, so I am returning and ordered a replacement by ifly.
I purchased this luggage because it was the perfect size and hard shell exterior with four easy glide wheels. I really love the neutral and aesthetic color. there wasn't anything special in terms of the lining within the luggage. I took this luggage for its First International trip. It did not make it without a scratch. it was scuffed up and scratched and dented. I have had other luggage and they eventually do get to a similar condition but not typically on its first trip.
I am extremely disappointed. The luggage did not even come in a box. It has scratches and scrapes all over it and the wheels look like this luggage has been around before like it's not brand new.
Walmart has terrible customer service it's not the suit case, it's their packaging! They used 4 boxes and doubled up to package the suitcase! They were all damage upon delivering then they want you to figure out how to get the boxes back together to send it back! ⭐️
3 times I ordered the 20inch carry on in MINT color. 3 times I received a box that was labeled MINT yet contained a GRAY version of the 20 inch carry on. THREE TIMES!!! I doubt they even have the mint carry on in stock. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the mint boxes actually contained the GRAY version. In short DO NOT ORDER THE 20 INCH CARRY ON IN MINT COLOR UNLESS YOU WANT THE GRAY COLOR. DONT ORDER THE MINT COLOR IF YOU EXPECT TO GET THE MINT COLOR. I guess that’s too much to ask.
When I bought this bag, I had read reviews that even though it felt thin and flimsy, it was actually quite strong. The first time I used it for an flight, it came back pretty scratched up. The second time damaged beyond repair. It truly is flimsy. Do not recommend it for bags you will be checking.
