I purchased this for a trip to Mexico. It survived flight, a water taxi taxi from Puerto Vallarta to Yelapa, a rough trail through the jungle. (I did have to carry and not roll through some rougher patches). Multi-directional wheels are the way to go navigating airports and jungles! Next trip is to Vegas!
Best luggage I ever bought I use it for every move or visit. It's ligit one my favorite for trains it qualifies for 1 of the 4 bags as a carry on and my duffle as my other smaller case and back pack qualifies for my personals.
I love this luggage! You will not regret purchasing an iFly product. As a frequent air traveler, I can say that the quality and durability are impeccable, and as I can now attest, the customer warranty service is outstanding. I had a minor issue with my bag and the company went "over and above" for me. I have no hesitation recommending this product, and I am planning to buy more.
I purchased this luggage based on other reviews and found it to be great. I was very surprised by how much can fit in it. I carried it on the plane going to my destination but checked it coming back home and it faired very well. I would recommend this iFly.
I purchased the small and medium pieces because of their lightweight feature specifically. I was traveling to South Africa with a complicated schedule and multiple flights and needed luggage that met all weight restrictions. These two pieces performed very well in that regard. The four wheel feature was a blessing as well as the luggage was very maneuverable. I was however disappointed in the durability of the outer covering because it did not hold up well and by the time I returned home it was peeling off in several areas. I will continue to use this luggage and enjoy the fact that the pieces were very reasonably priced.
Quality was good, the weight was very good, the wheels and handle were average the exterior finish was fair and interior very good. Exterior scratches easily. Looks worthy of 100(?) uses. Although has a convenient extendable center it seems to weaken the integrity of a heavy bag; thus shorten the life. Overall a decent buy for a good product.
This was the perfect fit for my week long business trip. It held everything I needed for the week with plenty of room. Well constructed worked great going thru the airport. Easy to role. Over all great for the price
Purchase this for international travel. Outer case is solid.. interior can be better.after round trip (26hours 1 way trip) the interior net divider already rip.. nothing major.. but already rip.. this a crucial part of the interior case that divide both section of the case. I think need to be of bettet material.
I was really exited when I first got the product because it was so light and looks good but the wheel broke the first trip I took it on. I realize these roller bags are prone to the wheels breaking off but this seems to be too delicate. Maybe a double layer of plastic will help reduce the walls from cracking around the wheel. I'll try gluing the wheel back on and re-enforcing the other wheels and see how it performs.
I bought this for a flight home because I needed a larger roller luggage. When it got off the plane, a piece of its side had fallen off, I turned it for warranty as I had just bought it. Never heard back from them. Now almost a year after I bought it I am getting emails to rate the product. ?? Really with no response to my warranty claim? Junk product and junk company. So disappointed in my purchase.
