I bought this set after shopping different brands, this set more features then the others including some of ifly's own stuff. The weight savings is great, my old large case weighed 18lbs empty this one is 10lbs. I used them 2 days later for a missions trip to the Dominican Republic. I like the built in TSA locks on the cases too.
Took it to England for a 15 day trip. Loved it only problem I bought the 28" and it was just too big for me to handle. We had LOTS of steps to climb with luggage.
I waited until we got back from our 2 week Baltic Capitals cruise to rate this suitcase. We traveled during the shoulder season, so had to pack for warm & cold weather. This suitcase easily handled everything I needed. The only problem was trying to stay under the airlines 52lb weight limit. Made it, but only just. Nothing got broken & compression pockets kept things well sorted.
I received my 28in Synergy iFly luggage today, and I am even happier with it, than I thought I would be. I was a little worried that I wouldn't like the Green color, thinking it might be too bright. That is not the case, it is the textured, darker Green look I was hoping for. It rolls Great, feels sturdy and it has the TSA lock on it. The lock was simple to set up, and works Great. The inside is split up into sections, making for good organized packing. Now that I'm past the looks and functionality of it, I just have to wait three weeks till I go on my first trip with it, to see if it can hold up to the Airlines punishment of it. I think the Airlines has courses for there Employees on Luggage Combat tactics. I'll let you know how things turn out when I get back. Looking at it now, I think it can handle it.
Love this luggage!! Love the design and it's capacity to hold a lot. It is very sturdy and the outside texture of the luggage appears to be scratch resistant. Wonderful inner compartments and love the deep bottle green exterior. I will buy it again to give to family members. IFLY will be my top search when purchasing travel items.

I got my package 3 days after ordering which made me very happy. I go to cosmetology school and ordered the 3 set for all of the stuff I have to take to school. these are perfect because of the inside organization pockets. they came just like the picture only I would say the picture does seem like they are more shiny than what I received. mine are more of a matte finish. they roll very smoothly and I'm over all pleased with the price and my purchase.
I’m currently using this for the first time during an 8 day business trip. I like the organization. The wheels roll well. I do have concerns about the zippers...they do not seem to be of high quality and do not always function smoothly. I wonder if they will break rather quickly.
I’ve used mine for a couple months now an three trips. The zipper busted open on the first trip home. I re-sewed the base of the zipper and and sewed both zippers together at the starting point. It has not done it again, yet. The zippers continuously get stuck on each other and skip prongs. More sturdy zippers would be a recommendation.
This product is not durable. Just luggage is completely destroyed and is unusable after only 1 year of use. The whole mechanism by the wheels is broken, and I need to carry the luggage instead if wheeling it! Also the entire outer zipper broke and it is now impossible to zip it shut. Also, plastic from the inner compartments cracked and is also unusable. I’ve bought a lot of luggage but this was by far the worst.
