Extremely well-made. All materials and craftsmanship on this carry-on luggage are all first class. Plenty of extras not found on other similar products. I bought this on impulse at the store because I was dreading the 'haul' of my old and heavy soft-side suitcase on a business trip. I was interested to see how this would fare, especially considering the price, and considering the abuse our luggage gets being loaded/unloaded from aircraft. This trooper did NOT disappoint. I used a set of 3 packing cubes (American Tourister) that I also found at my local Walmart to ease packing several 'outfit' options for a short trip, and I am extremely pleased with the way the luggage held up, AND how much I was able to fit in this dream, with help of the packing cubes (rated/reviewed separately). While this luggage got a tiny bit scuffed from 4 legs of travel, I really had to look it over to see them. That being said, this luggage is still in GREAT shape, and shows no wear other than the hardly noticable scuff marks. I managed to get a LOT of clothes in this baby, and I do think the packing cubes helped. I packed a TON of clothes in the two larger packing cubes (details on my review of those), and those went on the right side of the case, along with a pair of shoes. I put the smaller packing cube, the hardsided toiletry bag on the left side, 2 ziplock bags (gallon size) with other health/beauty items in them, a curling brush blow-dryer, a 5x8x3" first aid kit, a 485 page 6x11" (approx) hardcover book, a folder full of papers, a lint roller, another pair of shoes, and a fleece jacket. I did NOT need to expand the suitcase. I weighed before I left, and it weighed 28 lbs fully packed, and without using the additional 2 inches. Please keep in mind this luggage does NOT have a built-in TSA lock, so if a fancy lock is something you have to have, this isn't the case for you, but this case does have two interlocking zippers, and I have tiny TSA approved padlocks that worked on the zippers, and away I went. The spinner wheels are strong and went over every surface without a glitch, and the retractable handle with 3 lockable positions, seemed very durable. At no point did I worry about the integrity of any part of this piece. As I mentioned on my review of the packing cubes, unfortunately, I didn't think about taking photos until after I was pretty much unpacked, so I apologize for no 'visuals', but this piece is really a GREAT buy! You can't beat this luggage!

Wrong product information posted!.I ordered thinking the specs were 22X14X9, it was delivered today and it clearly states the dimensions are 22X14X10, which does not comply with the airlines I am flying, now I have to start looking for a new carry-on few days before my flight. Pls dont have more upset customers, pls update the product with correct info. Looks good but have to return.
The dimensions listed in the description 22" X 14" 9". That is WRONG! The tag on the suitcase itself says 22" X 14" X 10". It is even slightly larger than that when you include the handle on the top and side. So this case will not be allowed on many airlines as a carry-on. This sucks. You would think that if the actual size is written right on the tag on the suitcase that whoever the moron was that typed in the description would have at least got that right, but that is obviously expecting far too much. Now I do not have enough time to get a suitable replacement before I head out. So, I will have to stuff a couple items into my tiny little day bag, and buy some throw away clothes when I reach my destination.
