Worried about the 20 year warranty though. So I am including the sku 061623338300 from walmart in case i ever have to report any issue. My other two pieces have lasted since 2017 until the handle detached on the 24". Other than this, this set has conquered the storm. I didn't realize how hard it was to shop for great luggage sets. I would like to see more colors like bright neon green, shiny emerald green or cobalt blue and canary yellow together.
I always travel and now I'm getting old I need a reliable and easy to roll luggage A friend of mine introduce this product and since then I don't use any other brand luggage. I bought small and large before and now I bought another large luggage again and I recommend this product to all my friends
I replaced my luggage after the airline damaged my original luggage. This luggage caught my eye and I needed new luggage anyway. Things happen for a reason and I am very happy with my iFly luggage. It's very durable and I can't wait to travel again with my new iFly luggage.
I bought a two piece set, both rolling Fibertech Softside. I use the large one for checked bag and the medium for my carry-on bag. They are both a perfect fit. The large almost has more room than I need for a weekly business trip, yet only weighs about 35-45lbs loaded with stuff! The carry-on size has plenty of room for everything you'd need for a week long trip and fits perfectly in the overhead bins. The extended handle and wheels make it super easy to get around quickly and without struggling.
Very light weight with quality

It came as described and I am excited to use for my trip.
My bag had a malfunction.. iFly verified the issue by asking me to send a video, but then they offered to send me a replacement. It was a very limited set of replacement colors that didn't match my original purchase — but the customer experience was smooth and I appreciated the prompt and free replacement!
Many days of cross country travel in a single wall cardboard box and absolutely no wrapping, plastic, rigid or double wall left the outer carton pretty beat up but, thankfully no punctures to the large luggage piece. Very surprised for this money that more care in packaging expecting rough handling in transit could damage the large outer suitcase piece. Outer suitcase piece also seemed to have some minor wear on the wheel rollers. Making us think that someone had taken the items out once before then sent back on returned then reshipped to us??!! Seems ok and as described otherwise. The rough handling in shipment should prepare them for airline baggage handlers.
Thanks bag is good to load till you don't have to expand for more contents. It is unbalance after that and wheels don't work properly. you have drag it on two wheels. Not practical for seniors.
