I bought one for my daughter and it had so much space and easy to get around and being hard case didn't get banged up as much. So when we decided to head to Florida I purchased one for myself and will not regret it at all. Great product, so much space, fit both my son and my stuff in it with ease, makes me think I'm forgetting something but makes souvenirs easier to bring home.
I bought this for my 7 year old daughter’s birthday and it might be her favorite gift! She uses it for our family trips, but also likes to play ‘vacation’ at home and packs up her dolls’ clothes and other toys. Hopefully it will last a long time and she’ll get plenty of use out of it.
Wonderful carry-on luggage you will not regret purchasing. Luggage measures 22"x14"x9" (includes wheels) and weighs 5 lbs. One of our flights included a nine passenger plane with very strict size and weight requirements and this EZ-Glider fulfilled our needs. Plenty of room inside for a fourteen day warm weather trip with two laundry days. The wheels work smoothly both in the upright positions and trailing behind you. Initially, we purchased 4 pieces of luggage and after we got home, we noticed a slight undoing of the stitching on one piece of luggage. I contacted iFLY and after sending a pic of the damaged area and required documentation, we soon received a free replacement luggage. iFLY stands behind their 10 year warranty. Wonderful customer service (shout out to Mirna and iFLY Dispatch!!!) and they have made us customers for life.
I bought this bag for a trip to Peru. It was my first hardcover, 4 wheeled piece of luggage and I was excited to finally be one of those carefree people gliding their luggage through the airport. Unfortunately, the extending handle jammed as soon as I arrived for my departing flight, so I had to do a weird hunch over to drag my bag. Overall it was great, but my excitement fir my next trip has a cloud looming over it, knowing I will have to struggle with the handle again.

I like the hard side case, the glider wheels are so convenient and it stands up even expanded, major design flaw with the handle latch, it stuck open at the airport causing chaos, my wife wants to throw it in the trash I’m trying to find parts with no luck

I bought this a year ago and if you are planning on light travel, there is no reason to get anything more expensive. Very light and moves smooth. I have no complaints for this use case. If you start getting into more intense travel (i.e. cobblestone streets, 3rd world countries), then you may want something a little more reinforced/sturdy.
Pros: lighweight, meets airline carry-on requirements. Telescopic handle did not break as reported by other reviews, even when luggage kept falling over and luggage had to be dragged along. Cons: The luggage rolls fine when pulling it like a two-wheeler. However, I purchased a 4-wheeler to replace my old carry on so I could "spin" it. The luggage does spin, but pushing it forward on all four wheels cause the luggage to roll erratically and frequently fall. Also, if you use a luggage strap, the luggage handle on the wider side is oriented in the wrong direction, so the luggage strap has to placed vertically through the telescopic handle. I also prefer two smaller front pockets rather than one front pocket, especially since the zipper doesn't really allow you to use the upper portion of the pocket.
I used this bag every week for about a year but the button inside handle to raise and lower the telescoping arms broke and there seems to be no replacement parts on their website.
