Bought 2 ifly suitcases. Went to Japan with them. They were easy to maneuver in a city with over 8 million people. They rolled around perfectly. No issues with them. Glad we bought them.
I bought this luggage a month ago because my current luggage was so heavy, bulky and hard to roll. My iFLY is light, easy to move and super stylish. Very pleased!
Great. I purchased this Jewel soft side 360 wheel luggage for the features and the price. The 28 and 24 inch are great for traveling and the bonus are the 360 degrees wheel set. You don’t need any help with the system. Just push it yourself. Walmart had a great sale and I purchased both pieces quickly. Lots of room for clothing and shoes. You won’t be disappointed in this set.
Bought this and took it on a cruise. It was nice and light to fly with. I just wish it was available in crazy neon colors. I like to have bright luggage that stands out when traveling. We got a purple suitcase but wanted something just a bit flashier.
First I bought the mid-size suitcase then went back for the carry-on and larger one. I love the color and the roominess. HOWEVER, the largest case had two pointy bumps in the back. I took the suitcase apart and discovered 2 one-inch long screws loose under the lining. I wrote to tell customer service. I took the suitcase to Alaska and it would have been torn had I not found the screws. I told them that their quality control was horrible. I asked for nothing but better craftmanship oversight. What I got back was a crazy reply that showed my note had not even been read! So now I know, customer service is as disinterested as quality control. I really do love my suitcases. Too bad I can only recommend them if the buyer checks every thing himself because no one else will.
After a trip to Jamaica, it was time for new luggage. I bought both the Jewel and the Accent. We finally got to use both, and I am so happy. They roll so nicely. They both have plenty of room for everything we needed for a full week down the shore. Very happy that we made this purchase. I also bought some replacement wheels..just in case. I would hate to be in an airport and have a broken wheel.
I had one I took to Myrtle Beach. The handle broke that extends, so iFly replaced it! Then the side handle broke on another one, again iFly warranty came through. They get 4 stars because they will always replace the item if it breaks no matter what. I’ve only ever purchased one luggage, but they have replaced it twice.
I bought this a few weeks ago, I haven't tried it yet bcuz I won't be needing it until October 2019 . l 'll be going to Florida then. The luggage was on sale so I decided to purchase it now, seems like it has a lot of room and I love the color purple. Do the make a carry on to match?
While the color, sizing and zippered compartments are nice, the bag did not roll well at all and needed slot of maneuvering and handling to roll it properly. This was the case for both the large and carry on size. Also for the supposed carry on size,they still made us check it in because the front zippered parts stuck out too much when the bag was full.
I recently bought this bag, the first trip out the handle bent and made it almost impossible to retract to put in overhead bin. I purchased the bag based on the warranty. Customer service was rather slow and I had to stay on top of it to make sure they actually did what they said they were going to do. I would email them and ask for progress and they didn't know what I was talking about. I did receive a new bag thru the warranty. I have not used the bag since getting the different bag. I used another on my most recent trip because I just didn't fully trust the FLY bag to perform as I needed it to.
