I bought two of these bags last month from Walmart. I needed two additional bags to return home to Australia. One to check and one to carry on. Both bags held up very well, not much different from much more expensive bags. Good features and good quality. I will continue to use both bags for future travel. Highly recommended. No need to spend more on bags.
Bought this suitcase at my local Walmart and not only is it beautiful but fits Everything. We packed it for a trip and loaded it with clothing for 2 adults and 2 children - 38 lbs of clothes and it held like a champ - and still had room to spare! As for the warranty, it is amazing. We flew back a "cheapo" airline and they managed to absolutely destroy my 8 day old suitcase... and iFly covered the seam destruction when the airline wouldn't. They quickly sent me a new identical suitcase and we are ready to fly again!
I was looking for a suitcase that was practical but pretty. Something I could easily spot among all the black bags on the luggage carousel. Honestly, I had never heard of iFly. I did a quick check and saw it was highly rated, so I bought a pretty black suitcase with rose gold zippers and wheels. :) The suitcase has many convenient pockets for separating items inside. It is expandable which I also find helpful, and the wheel run smoothly. I can’t find a single thing I don’t like. Oh. The price was great too!
I bought this bag for a 10-day trip to Iceland and it lasted through to the end, but split down the zipper in the airport on the way home. I made sure to register the product for the warranty before I left, and shortly after getting home I contacted ifly. They responded promptly and were very quick to confirm the replacement. I had a new carry on bag in less than a week and have traveled with it recently with no issues!! I appreciate the way they handled the damage and I love the look of the bag :)
I have considered for years buying a Tumi or Rimowa, but just couldn’t stomach the price. I came across ifly and the external pocket is extremely convenient. The colors are subtle with the black and rose gold. Wheels held up well (not as heavy duty as the more expensive brands), but for the price it was so worth it! I love the phlikosophy that your luggage should NOT be more than the cost of the ticket!
Overall I'm very satisfied with the luggage. The rose gold color trim on black has made the suitcase easy to spot on the airline luggage carousels. The light weight makes it easy to stay within weight limits. The wheels are EXCELLENT. Easy to maneuver in busy airports. Only issue - One of the zipper pull tabs came off and the retaining loop broke on the first trip. The retaining loop needs to be a little more stout!
Bigger than the standard "carry on" size but not so big as to be unmanageable to take on trains, subways and carrying up and down stairs. I bought it for a recent trip. The sidewalks in Italy can be rough, certainly not smooth like airport floors so I was concerned about the durability of the wheels. Halfway through the trip, one of the wheels began to show some signs of the stress and I was concerned that it may come loose but it did make it through the entire trip. The bright copper colored zippers and wheels made it easy to spot on the luggage carousels.
Packed the bag and as I was loading it into the car decided I needed to check inside. When I was closing the bag the zipper broke. The only fortunate thing was I was still at home and could quickly move everything into another suitcase. Poorly made suitcase. Cheap material. I did get a full refund so that part was good.
My daughter received this bag as a gift just prior to a trip to Brazil. The bag seemed perfect. The airline allowed us 70# per checked back, we easily fit 60# with room to spare! However before we even left home the handle broke. I contacted customer service and they said with out the receipt they could not (would not) help us. Since the bag was a gift we do not have the receipt. Very disappointed.
This bag is so cute— love the black and rose gold combo. Size is also great, it’s super light, etc. Now for the bad...I did find the hardware to feel very cheap and what do you know, two of the zippers broke on the third use. The zipper itself seems to be unraveling/detaching from the fabric. I’ll see what they can do warranty-wise but I’m disappointed because my last two carryons lasted me 2-3 years with regular, weekly travel.
