I had this eclipse robovac for a year when it stopped working. the charging post was okay I called the company couldn't get any help. I cleaned it checked everything tried to find a new battery online without any luck. after I took the battery out and put it back in it started working just fine.
it has really good battery life and can clean continuously for up to 2 hours. however it tends to get stuck and it never can find its way back to home portal on it's on. it's sweeps very well with good suction. I have not used the mop side yet.
It's broken and doesn't work !!!!! It doesn't even turn on!!!!!!! I'm not happy at all !!!!!
I purchased this brand new and was excited to try it out. It did not work at all. I tried charged it multiple times of different outlets around my house and it would not work. It's definitely a waste of your money. I did not get 1 use out of it. It would not even turn on.
