I use this every night to fall asleep, it's great!
I have always run a small fan for the sound even in winter when I did not need the air movement. I can now use fan in warmer seasons and I can turn it off in cooler seasons. The timers and sound level controls are easy to use and are great features. Very easy to set up, just open the box, remove the inner wrapping and plug it in. The choice of 12 different sounds is nice.
The ihome AIR fan is super cute, compact and light weight. The volume for the sounds goes pretty high. As far as the fan itself, it only has 2 speeds which I thought would be fine. The reason for the 3 stars is because it can use a higher fan setting, it would be nice for it to have optional rechargeable/ battery operated feature and/or have a Bluetooth function. I honestly don't think it's worth the amount I paid for it. I will keep it though since I want to try the white noises to see if it helps with my sleep. If it had all 3 additional features that I mentioned, it would be the perfect fan.
