My boys LOVE this and it’s not hard to see why! The Batmobile transforms seamlessly and the remote control is super easy to use. Nice sound effects and lights while the car is in action. Pretty sturdy too. It’s a cool toy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My kids are having a lot of fun with this toy. I was expecting it to just be an RC batmobile, but in addition to that it also goes into "battle mode" where the base widens and the top extends up high. In this mode it can shoot little plastic discs which my kids think is a lot of fun. It can be driven in battle mode too. They also like that you can put Batman in several places: standing on the red piece, in the blue "driver's seat" or even hidden in the side of the car, like he is in the battle mode pic. It also has a switch on the bottom to fix the wheel alignment, but we haven't needed that so far. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had a volume control as it is a bit loud. It also won't move on our rug, but as we mostly have tile it's not a big issue for us. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This car works really well for my 4 yr old daughter. She was able to figure it out with no problems. It is a little big and bulky so I think it would have trouble going around the house but still a great idea. She really liked the disc shooting out from it.
Fun toy. My daughter enjoyed the small figurines that are sold separately more. Seemed a little complicated for the little ones to operate but my daughter proved me wrong. She is really enjoyed that she could shoot the discs
We were stoked because it came days before Christmas (winning). On Christmas Day we were bummed out because it came broken. It was malfunctioning even though we installed new Duracell batteries. Nice toy would be better if it worked. The sides won't stand up and it won't transform into battle mode. He has to do everything by hand.
My son got this for his birthday and my goodness was he happy and so were my husband and I to see him happy. Here we are a month later, and the sides of the car (when it transforms) are so weak that they cannot go up anymore. Two pictures are included so that you see what it currently looks like when it's transformed and when we try to transform it back. You can see it attempt to go up, but then it will fall right back down. I've had to tie the car together so that it could go back to its original state. My son can still drive it around, but the car doesn't drive nearly as strong as it used to when it was out of the box, even after a battery change. I don't consider this to be extremely expensive but it is by no means cheap; you can tell the quality of the toy is pretty good, but the function of the product does not match the price we are charged at all. My son has not stopped pouting and is so disappointed in us that we cannot fix it. If anyone knows how to fix this, please show me how.
Purchased as Christmas present for 4yr old, wouldn't work due to battery compartment was corroded and spring connection broke. Was awful, he cried, didn't understand why he couldn't play with it.....
It's super fun for the 3 times we got to use it. Now, it won't do anything. We replaced the batteries twice, just to check that. It makes noise and lights up but no longer transforms or moves.
One of the only toys my 3 year old wanted on Christmas morning... broke literally Christmas night. Doesn't drive, move or transform. Highly disappointed. I'd give it a zero star if I could
This toy is awesome. Unfortunately it arrived at my house without packaging and broken.
