My sons really enjoyed playing with this Mega mouth shark. They loved shooting the harpoon and opening the shark's mouth. My husband had great fun with it too! However my 3 year old struggled to put the pirate back in place so it may be better suited for slightly older kids.
The toy is easily accessible from the packaging with a dotted line on the reverse to access. Apart from the plastic covering on the front protecting the toy, all the packaging including the ties are recyclable- very impressive. The stingray toy comes with a figure that fixes onto its back and rides it. The stingray can be pushed around (much like a car) and the body of the stingray moves as if it is swimming along. The figure can also be pressed whilst riding which makes the stingrays tail whip from side to side during a battle. My little boy (4) was excited to see an Imaginext toy and loves sea creatures, so this toy was a hit from the off. He also liked that this figure can be used across his other Imaginext toys & vice versa.
This toy looks great, my son loved the darts that shot out the front of the pirate ship, the button to open the sharks teeth was a bit tricky for him and I had to help him with shooting the arrows
