I combine sodium ascorbate with ascorbic acid+bioflavonoids and this one. I fill it in capsules so I wouldn't know what the taste is.
This is a product that I am trying for the first time and I am using in my smoothies. The quality is amazing and I believe that it will increase my needs as the winter comes and I won't have colds, or flu symptoms.
Excellent supplement Good package, quality and composition. YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER AFTER TAKING IT.
I use this for my kids as they don't like the absorbic acid vit c. They will drink this in water. I don't mind it either. It works well. It helps with inflammation, aches, pains, increasing energy levels & colds & flus.
This is am easy to use form of vitamin c. It is not as harsh on the gut as the score of acid and more ofbioavailable to the body. I usually just add it to my lemon water. It dissolves well.
I use it a C vitamin mix, in a combination with other ingredients. I like it, it has not strong taste, it is not acid, it doesn't hurt my stomach.
This is my go to vitamin c. It is buffered and dissolves easily in water, juices or smoothies. It is more bioavailable to the body than plain ascorbic acid and not as harsh on the gut.
Taking as many forms of vitamin c, this one with calcium also helps bones, teeth,, etc. Take is ok, my into juice or smoothie and you won't even notice it's there. Big bottle lasts a very long time.
This is same as ester c. Very good form especially if you are over 40. But be careful if you have kidney stones
This supplement is made up of calcium and Vitamin C; good dosage (not too much calcium) if you need Vitamin C that is easy on the stomach and you also need a small amount of calcium at the same time.
