this product is awesome works great.

Item not received! That's the problem, app stated attempt was made, which did not happen. Or if it did, they did not follow the instructions on the order to leave it by the door, or did not follow the directions that are posted by me on My FRONT DOOR, to leave item by the FRONT DOOR or on the DECK TABLE. There is absolutely no reason this item could not have been delivered! The fact that YOUR DELIVERY PERSON CAN NOT EITHER READ OR IS INCAPABLE OF FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS, is not acceptable. The item should be delivered with the delivery person following directions given! THE PICTURE OF THE ITEM IS ABOVE AND IS THE CORRECT PHOTO OF WHAT WAS ORDERED. I FULLY EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE ITEM I ORDERED WITH YOUR DELIVERY PERSON FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS FOR DELIVERY!!!!!
