This is a very powerful blow dryer. Made it super easy to dry and straughten my very curly hair. It was fast and the brush part gets really fast, which helps straghten. If you like volume this is good, but if you like super flat hair, you will need to flat iron afterwards. But overall, it does what it needs to and it is super easy to handle. 1st pic of my hair after using this brush. 2nd pic is after flat ironing it.
I have 4c nd my daughter has 3b , %26 I'm in love with this . Easily disconnect the brush for just the blow-dryer , however when detangling or fresh out the shower the bush is a must ! So happy about this purchase , %26 surprised at conair ! after I ordered it , I saw it at WalGreens for $55 , and it's totally worth that , but I'm happy I got it for a fraction .
I have been using another model of the InfinityPro for decades, now I think. I have really fine, medium length hair. It gives even my baby-thin hair volume %26 shine and makes it feel so soft. It also feels so healthy. My hairdresser and I noticed a big difference when I switched from a regular blow dryer. They're made well, too. I've only had to replace one and I use it every day. I also frequently knock/drop it on floor (I'm clumsy).
At this point, I have a love hate relationship with this thing. On the plus side, it's super affordable and I think it does a really nice job at giving my hair a blow out effect. I bought this initially because I have shorter hair and the brush didn't seem as large as other options. It is still quite large.. but it does the job and I always get compliments on my hair when I use it. The blowout lasts me for days. It's quick and gets hot enough to dry my thick hair. The different heat settings could be useful for some people. On the negative side, this thing is cheap as heck and it shows. I have had mine for only 6 months or so and have used it maybe 10 times and the plastic handle has cracked and the paint is melting off. I assume due to the heat and cheap materials…. Wouldn't bother me too much if it wasn't getting sparkly black paint specks all over everywhere now when I use it. There's specks all over my hands and anything else I touch while doing my hair, such as my hair brush and face and body. I'm going to have to toss it… I plan to look for something higher quality next time as I am looking for a product that will last not adding more junk to the landfills.
I just got the blowdryer a couple days ago and only used it once. I love the blowdryer itself. I have curly 4A/4B hair and blowdryer brushes are always the best option for a quick blow out. But after the first use the color started to peel drastically. The blowdryer was great but that was definitely disappointing.
Loved the way it dried my hair but it is leaving black flakes from handle finish on face hands and hair they are hard to remove . I will have to stop using and I have had it less than a year. Disappointed
I like the price and that it comes apart for easier storage but I don't lie that it gets way too hot and the bristles are too far apart and sparse that it burned my hair. Will be returning for a hot tools one I had that had tons more bristles and shined and smoothed my hair.
The base of the barrel has a HORRIBLE design and will rip your hair out!! There is another hot dryer brush on the market that is perfectly designed and does not cause damage to your hair.
One if my deciding factors pf purchasing this item was the price. At us listed as $29.97, yet it charged me $39.97. I am extremely displeased and am unsure as how to purchase for the price that was listed.
I would have rated this a five-star product if it wasn't for the handle paint coming off on my hands after only owning it for a year. I've had to tape the handle to keep all the unwanted sparkle paint off my hands since it's hard to wipe off, especially if it gets on your face. Also, the brush itself is falling apart. If I had known of these issues, I would have purchased the insurance for it.
