The curling iron has 4 heat settings and DOES heat up in just 30 seconds! I wish the tip was a little less tapered to let me get a better hold with my off hand finger tips to help control it when I'm curling the back of my head, but it may be just something to get use to. I'll still give it a 5 star rating.
Purchased few weeks ago and have been using it. Like the features of the product. Pleased with it's performance. One suggestion - that the size of the curling iron could be put somewhere on the barrel. Hard to look at the curling iron and determine the size. I have 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch. Easily can tell 1 inch but difficult with 1/2 and 3/4.
This is a great curling iron. I have used the same curling iron for at least 15 years. I have tried to replace it and have never been happy with the replacement. This one was finally the one that was good enough and maybe even a little better than my last one!
Really like that can have curls or smooth hair, no frizz, and with lots of shine!
this is a great curling iron. my hair wasn't curling my hair, my hair stylist suggested getting this as my older one, wasn't getting hot enough. i love it.

the iron heats up fast and has different heat settings, they really should have extended the end of the barrel, I keep burning my fingertips and the plastic is slippery so that makes it a easy burn
It says to rate and review my purchase, so I am going to review my purchase experience and the item. I was in the store as I began my shopping trip, and I saw that if you ordered this with in-store pick up you could save about $6-$7. So I ordered it as I was in the aisle looking at the product. There were probably 20 of these hanging on the shelf. When I got a text saying that my order was ready I went to the area for in-store pick up and the person who is selecting the product from the shelf had grabbed a very beat up box, but it was the holidays and I was in a hurry so I took a gamble instead of standing in the customer service line . I would like to think the associates were trained to pick an item that wasn't beat up and let in store shoppers choose if they want to grab that one off the shelf. With that being said I was surprised the curling iron wasn't damaged. It works great and my wife loves it. I read reviews about it burning hair, but the temperature is adjustable and hasn't been an issue.
I tried to exit, but it said I needed to rate it. It doesn't desire even a one star. I was notified viva text that the item was being delivered, but it never made it to me. Then I received a text that delivery was attempted, but I never received it. I contacted Walmart.com and was told that the system had no other information, but I probably would receive it later on or tomorrow. Still never received it. I call Walmart.com today and was informed that he could assist me by cancelling the order and I could reorder it. Edwin was extremely nice, but I still don't have the item.
I ordered 3 curling never got called walmart online number but couldnt talk to actual person will try again tomorrow really mad cuz i. Dont wanna. 50.00 for nothing
