First time using Porch services. I must say it was a FANTASTIC first time experience. My technician, Cristobal was on time, professional and performed neat and accurate service. Highly recommend!
Appeared on time. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner.
We did not even came to the job itself. When I called to schedule the assembly (which by itself was very confusing as Porch did not actually do the service in locality and I was referred to other third party service named SPAR, they both sending emails about scheduling), the latter one's operator pretty much told that they will call and schedule when they feel like it and at the date and time which pleases them most and this is not their problem if we still live in another city 2 hours away and working full time. After that I've read reviews and, accounting for our less than straightforward moving situation which requires scheduling of everything beforehead, decided just to cancel their services.
Paid to have the installation and was never contacted to set up the service. I contacted the installation company and they stated that they never received my purchase information. Communication with them was not great and we needed up cancelling the installation service all together.
Please trust the reviews if you haven't ever in life. This was an complete waste of time and I never got the jobs completed. I repeat please trust the the reviews, they wouldn't let me give it no stars, shame on Walmart for even partnering with such a non-reliable company. This will give Walmart a bad name if you keep up with this service that doesn't even reach out with the issues they have and not even able to complete the task we as customers pay for.

This device was awful. They hire contractors. they said they would be there at a certain time and was three hours late. They work well into the night and still didn't finish so they would be back in the morning at 9 didn't show up until 4 in the afternoon. They dropped the basketball goal and bent the rim and didn't even tell us. My kids noticed it. Awful will never use again ever.
I had my children's bunk beds delivered and paid extra for furniture assembly. My original assembly date was pushed up one day but they had the wrong number on file. I called several times to fix it and no Tech called me, texted me, or emailed me a confirmation. The time came and went I made several phone calls to the company regarding my techs arrival, after 1 hour the company told me the tech waited 30 minutes and left. I asked him why did he not call after being on hold for 30 minutes I was been told the tech never arrived he would be there shortly. after another hour I was told the tech was behind schedule and will be there shortly. another hour passed and the tech never answered the phone or return the company's phone call. I called the company again and demanded a refund the project coordinator was supposed to contact me regarding setting up a new appointment date and time but never did. I never received an email or phone call or text. This company is a complete waste of time. do not get their services. every time you call the company says the tech is on their way when in reality the tech is not showing up. If you can do the project yourself do it yourself. I am still waiting for a manager to contact me regarding my refund, but in the meantime my husband and I have put together our children's beds. It sounds nice having someone else come and do the work but it is not worth it. This company has no sense of time they are inconsiderate and have no common courtesy. Do not waste your time or money with porch.
Terrible! Porch contracted to a subcontractor called Install LLC who set a time to show between 8-12 pm, but never showed and didn't return my calls that day while I was waiting on them to show. When I called Porch to complain about Install LLC, Porch suggested it was my problem to sort out with Install LLC. Porch should have completely taken responsibility for Install not showing up because I bought Porch assembly services. Not my problem that Porch chose to subcontract with Install. Porch needs to make sure I get refund. I should not have to track down Install which hasn't returned my calls and only allows me to leave messages, not talk to a real person!
Porch representatives are extremely unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment twice, the second time only hours after I made a confirmation call. They gave me a third appointment 10 days out! I am using another service and reported Porch to Walmart.
