I got it during the sales, it was such as good deal! I use it everyday for making soy milk. Buy it and you won't regret it.
I love using this blender to make healthy smoothies and purée food for my infant. I love the heating up element so I no longer have to soften the food before blending. I dislike not receiving an actual paper copy of different or popular ingredients, as I prefer to cook from a book rather than constantly searching the site from online looking for different recipes or better yet searching the site for the same recipe.
After owning this incredible blender for about a year I'm just now catching up on things I needed to do, like write this review about this awesome blender that I won in a giveaway contest on the Instant Pot Community page last Dec. This blender does it all! Cooks, blends, reheats etc! We also made a lot of frozen cocktails using it! We love it! Along with my Instant Pot Ultra Pressure Cooker and my Instant Pot Vortex Plus Air Fryer we were pretty much set for cooking during the pandemic shut down this past year.

What I liked most about this wonderful blender is that I can make soup, sauce, desserts and smoothies, and everything is perfect! And the best part is that it has a function to keep my food warm! Its glass pitcher is very resistant, durable! I like that you can only turn on the blender if you have your lid closed! It has several speeds to grind the food, super recommended! It is of excellent quality! I loved my new blender! Everything we need from a blender has this amazing blender!

I've made frozen desserts that was smooth and silky out of fruits and vegetables. They are delicious trust me. I've made hot soups and serve it to the family. Their favorite soup is - BLACKENED BROCCOLI BISQUE. Especially on cold days. I used it to make that first smoothie I was REALLY impressed with how fast it took the ice and fruits down to a VERY smooth drink without a whimper or pause! I'd have to give a thumbs-up also to how easily it cleaned up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not just a blender. It makes soups, ice cream, baby food, and even your own milk. There are multiple program buttons to take out the guess work and it gives you a countdown to completion. It comes with a tamper that came in handy when I was making ice cream and smoothies with frozen fruit. You just press the pause button, use the tamper, and then restart when you are down and the countdown continues where you left off. The tamper actually comes apart and holds a long toothbrush tool for cleaning the blades. I found the pitcher and blades to be very easy to clean so I have never used it. The pitcher is a little heavy so be careful when pouring.
This is by far the best blender I have EVER purchased. I have not tried the cook feature yet but I'm sure it's beyond perfection as well! Great Job Instant Pot ... I LOVE IT ;-)
This is a wonderful machine, my two complaints are that it's only designed for a very able-bodied right handed person, certainly not somebody with any arthritic conditions or that is left-handed since the pitcher it's very heavy and can only be picked up from the right handle. This could easily have been remedied by putting a secondary knob or handle on the other side of the picture. The unit is very very heavy, but it does an amazing job of making soup in a very short time, I've used it every day in the month that I have had it with excellent success. I found it a little bit hard to clean up first, but I've started dropping a denture cleaner tablet in and letting it soak for a few minutes, then running to clean cycle and then giving it a good rinse, works a charm
I've only had this blender for about a week, so I'm yet to overcome some wariness when using it (please read my review of my experiences with the Ace). That said, I can already appreciate the differences between the Nova and Ace in my kitchen. First off: the Nova can actually be left on my kitchen counter 24/7 as it actually somewhat shorter than the Ace. That model's higher stance prevented my being able to place the blender against the wall under the upper cabinets when not in use. No worries in that regard with the Nova! This only encourages you to use the blender all the more. I do like that the Nova's done away with the countdown-before-blending function; here, I simply find my preset and hit Start. Another plus here is the Nova gives the user the ability to scale the blender's power incrementally over the Ace's more basic "Low/Med/High" presets. Fingers crossed here, but I'm looking forward to a great (and lasting) experience with my new Nova blender
