[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how instant pot chef series multi cooker 8 qt. It's has many cooking function. It is my new favorite kitchen product and has replaced a few of my other kitchen items since it does all the work with just this one pot. It's really easy to use and easy to clean. The lid and the inner pot are dishwasher safe so make my job more easier. Highly recommended for everyone who don't have lot space fie many pots and pans. Just one pot and we don't prepare many meals for our family.

I am terrible at cooking rice (except for 5 minute instant rice); this specifically has a rice cooker setting that I am so excited to try. It also has a slow cooker that intrigues me, too. I'm used to a traditional slow cooker.

The product arrived dented and the box was supposed to be closed.
My parents got me this for my birthday, first time using an instant pot, and the instructions weren't completely clear, actually overwhelming and stressful. I was confused on if it was even cooking, didnt know what to put it on. Didn't come with a recipe booklet, it only came with 1 recipe for ribs. Should have a guide step by step scan code to go to a video on what to put it on and how to start it up. Mine didn't show a timer just said ON the whole time.
This new model won't deal properly with. It's so frustrating that I am burning and wrecking VERY expensive food. I've had one of these since the year they came out, and until I dropped and wrecked my old one- I'd never had an issue. This new model is terrible.
The product is great. I have one so I bought this for a Mother's Day gift for my aunt. But upon arrival the item was crushed and damage but will be returning for a new one. So the low rating is for the inconvenience.
Product arrived hit no one responds
Cooker takes forever to finish a simple white rice and when finish rice is all stick to the buttons of the pot and overcooked on top. Contacted customer support, they made do some test with WATER and they never give me a solution. Nobody Contacted me back when I finished all the testing, the item is DEFECTIVE and they just don't want to replace it, stay away from this brand people!!!
