I love this instant pot. It has cut my meal prep time in half, it has every setting one needs (except a blending option, lol! Wouldn't that be magic) it cooks spaghetti squash in 7 minutes, a whole pork tenderloin in 15, cartons of eggs in 4-5.... a true unicorn of a device.
I really prefer the Nova to my old Duo. I would occasionally forget to turn the valve to sealing and not realize for awhile. There is no problem like that with the Nova. I also like the display that show the progress. Also, you don't have the same risk when you do a quick release. It's what I would pick if I were choosing again.
Duo Nova 7-in-1 is everything
This product makes pressure cooking extremely easy. It also serves as a slow cooker and can be used simply as a pot you would otherwise use on the stove, which saves burner space when cooking multiple dishes at once. It's easy to clean and is fairly simple to use once you get the hang of the functions of the various parts and controls. I did have a problem with my unit which was very promptly and efficiently corrected by customer service. I was very impressed with the courteous and professional performance of the company's representatives. We try to keep our counter surfaces clear, but because we use this product so often it has never left the counter top.

I love my Instant Pot Duo Nova (6 Quart) it is practical, functional and easy to use. If you want to live a healthy nutritious lifestyle for you and your family with little effort, this pot is for you. I was a little skeptical at first about the Instant Pot because of all the positive hype and opinions of some of my foodie friends. I am now convinced after a year of research and tasting the food my foodie friends are right. I was still hesitant to purchase the pot because I did not want to have another kitchen item in my kitchen since I have been trying to downsize. Plus my wife complains I am a sucker for kitchen gimmicks. Since I purchased the pot I have eliminated four kitchen items and my wife has become an Instant Pot convert. With the instapot, I can cook many different recipes. I've had a chance to make meatballs inside the instapot one night and I must say they turned out awesome!! You can cook just about anything in an instapot, love being able to cook with my instapot. You can cook any meat inside the instapot. It's very easy to clean after using, just take out the inside of the instapot and scrub it. This is my very first instapot, I can say that being able to use it is one of the best appliance I have owned!! The control panel is in the front, you can set it to how you need it. This is a must have, so if you don't have one invest in one!!

This has absolutely become my new favorite appliance and go too for everything now. No matter what I have tried to cook it has come out so good with no messy stove or oven; clean up is a breeze since its only the one pot. This pot is a nice size for my family of four at 6 quarts; I can place a 3 lb bag of frozen chicken in a lot room to spare and the chicken has come out so tender and juicy every time. This instant pot is very easy to use, with the push of button I am able to have dinner cooking and not have to worry about constantly checking to make sure its not burning. I love that once the food is done it turns from cooking to a warmer, so my dinner stays hot until I am ready to prepare the rest of sinner or am ready to eat. This instant pot is literally an all in one appliance; I can cook a roast and carrots and potatoes and it all comes out so delicious. The options on this pot are endless, I can not wait to try other things like yogurt. I would absolutely recommend this instant pot to anyone who is looking for a faster and cleaner way to do dinner.
purchasing the 8qt soon!!! I absolutely love the Duo Nova!!! My husband does as well! My son has showed interest in cooking because of this appliance!! My husband was the first to cook in it and he made a brisket with auju sauce and it turned out amazing!! Full of flavor!! Absolutely love it!
I've only used my Instant Pot a couple of times when I noticed that the bottom of the unit had melted. I contacted the Instant Pot folks and they had me return it, at no cost to me, and sent me a new one. I enjoyed the meals I prepared in the Instant Pot and the quickness of producing a good hot meal with very little effort.
