Love the warmth, the space, the soft bottom but harder walls. Love the easy set up and warm water in 24 hours.
Awesome tub! Easy setup. Works great. The bubbles are fantastic. I've had it for a month and use it every day.
Just got this inflatable hot tub and it is great. Easy to set up and feels fantastic. Get the seats if you want to be more comfortable. Love it.
Very simple to install. Works great. Loses heat when bublles are activated but unless you were planning to be in it for hours it's not a big deal. Waiting for winter for a real test
Only real complaint would be that the temperature drops quite quickly with the bubbles on even when it is hot outside. It does take a few hours to get back up to temp sometimes but other than that its great for the money!
I've had this spa for two seasons, about to start a third. Great value, works almost perfect. Only problem, is the full cover, which tore from daily use. Ordered the shorter cover which should be better. Nevertheless, for the money, excellent spa.
Pretty easy to set up. Pretty sturdy. The headrest things don't work-they slip off when you put your head on them. Twice now the spa has just stopped heating for no reason-power is still on, no one has touched it. FYI: the bubbles/jets are just for fun (and kind of noisy). This isn't a jacuzzi with high powered jets to soothe sore muscles. All in all for the price and ease of use, it's a nice hot tub of water to relax in when it's chilly outside.
While the hot tub itself is okay, their customer services is abysmal. One of the pieces to the cover (inflatable bladder) has a leak resulting in the cover sagging and when it rains, it droops into the water. It's a poor design and does not keep the water as warm as it should be. I've contact them 5x and they keep asking for more - I'm supposed to cut out a 6x6 area of the the defective bladder and mail back with the inflation valve, like anyone could locate that. And now they're saying I need to FAX an itemized receipt, which doesn't exist as I purchased on walmart.com. Now my claim was rejected over a $40 replacement part for a $1,000 hot tub. Horrible service.
Bought this tub 2 years ago. Used 3 months out of each year. We just set it up for this season and a lot of the air leaked out overnight. The plastic inside the spa where the spa pressure relief valve air goes in is cracked. (See photo... crack runs above the mark I made and then some cracks on right side of arrow.)No fix for that!! I was lucky, I got mine for $350 before Covid hit and now they are charging $900 for something that has a "1 year warranty" Think before you buy.
I've had mine 2 years and have replaced the pump motor twice tried to get it replaced under warranty finally just bought it the new pump went out after 3 months and now the heating parts are leaking water and you can't even find it to buy I will not recommend to anybody else
