Very well made product. It does get to 104 degrees, which is delightful for Winter months. Highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately it's still a bit cold in my area to set it up but after taking it out of the box it looks like it's going to be a simple set up and we will soon be on our way to relaxing! I love that it's 6 person and large enough for my husband and I and a couple of friends! It's going to completely make evenings on the patio this summer.
I bought this hot tub in July 2019 (when it was only about $430 - I was shocked to see it over $1,000 today!) and the rest of that season (only about a month or two in Minnesota) we were so excited and happy to have made this purchase - we told everyone we knew how great it was! Water at 104 degrees, bubbles, what a wonderful way to get relaxation but a fraction of the cost of a "real" hot tub.! We then packed it up for the cold months according to the manuals instructions and tucked it away inside our house safely. My wife was pregnant in 2020 so we didn't get it out that year. Since we packed it up in fall of 2019, we both have been DREAMING of setting it up again and getting back to our 1-3 times per week of soaking and relaxing. Fast forward to spring 2021: I unpack it, blow it up, fill it up with water and walk away. I come back to check on it hours later and... yes, an inflatable hot tub can get leaks. It wasn't leaking water, but air. I then drain the water and search for a hole. I didn't find one. I found three very tiny leaks - NOT caused by damage as I was very careful to take it down, store it, and take it back out. I go to the store, get a few different methods of patching a hole (I didn't want to take any chances). I patch the holes, fill it up again with air - I decided not to fill it with water this time until I knew it was fixed! I come back hours later, it's delating. Both the hot tub and my spirit. I end up finding three MORE holes in the tub and by the way, about 5-7 holes in the cover too. I call Intex, spend about 45 minutes on the phone giving my information for the warranty, being reassured the whole time that everything is covered and there will be no cost to me. We start wrapping up the call and the support person says "wait, you bought this over a year ago?" I said yes. He said there is only a one-year warranty. No exceptions. No discount on a new tub. Nothing. I try to plead my case that I understand there is a one-year warranty, but we only used it for 1.5 months. We literally probably sat in it 10 times. No exceptions. I ask to talk with a manager, the person sets the phone done for 10 seconds and comes back to say there is nothing they can do. And that's it folks. When we were in love with this thing, people kept saying to us "but it is inflatable" and we would say, "yeah but it is really durable and feels strong - it would take a lot to get a hole in it". Well, we were wrong. Apparently, keeping it stored safely in a temperature and humidity-controlled room with no on touching it is enough to cause 12 holes. Certainly, don't waste your money unless you are ok with only getting one season out of it, and then if so, it is very relaxing! But if you are not ok with that, use the $1,000 as a down payment on a "real" hot tub. Other quick note: it comfortably fits my wife and I. it might fit one more person comfortably, but if you had 4 people, you would have to be comfortable bumping into each other. No way it fits 6.
