I bought this manual hydraulic lift for my mother when she became sick with stroke . Transferring her bed to chair and vise versa became a problem. This hydraulic lift became a lifesaver. For more than five years we used it daily - multiple times a day. It had with-stood every challenge that we had throw its way. I am writing this review because I know how its like when you wants to find something that will work well for a family member that is not feeling well.
