I don't know how they call this 12 ply, it is barely 2 ply. Very loose weave. and cotton not polyester. Not packaged for shipping. Pad packaged in open box of 100 with no plastic bag to protect them inside cardboard box. fed ex placed cardboard box on wet front porch and product packages' were wet. will never buy from this company again. buy another product!!!!!
