Pros: Works as it should. Converted a couple of old WWII audio recordings to digital. Cons: Other thoughts: Catalog/website picture shows it comes with a cover; it does not.
Pros: Absolutely amazing. Cons:
Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing Other thoughts: Can't beat it for the price and I have had NO problems with skipping at all.
What a beautiful turntable. Bought this as a gift. Just wish we had looked at the model that had a cover. Really classy.
The turntable I received was a light-colored wood tone without the dust cover. I did set it up and it played reasonably well through the built-in speakers. Connected it to my receiver via an AUX input (do not connect via PHONO input because The turntable is already amplified), and worked well there too. Ended up returning the turntable to my local Wal-Mart.
Pros: light weight, inexpensive, classy looking Cons: The sound quality is very hollow, also doesn't spin at the correct speed. Did a test with our MP3 player and the record player playing the same song. Record player spins too slow. Other thoughts: We're giving ours away as a gift to someone who wants a cool looking record play but doesn't know enough about music to be disappointed in the sound.
Pros: It is easy to use Cons: I had to adjust the speed alot, and one rotation changes speed 3 times.
