Just as it was advertised. Works great fine product
I've used this a month and it is better than I expected. The sound quality is great, it charges by solar with less light than the description states, the hand crank gives a good boost if you need it. The charge lasts for hours, especially if there is any light charging the battery as it's used. Of course, plugging it in keeps it running non stop. The radio receives well and so does the weather band. It got rained on with no ill effects. I'd like to note I've seen some reviews for this type of product that say there is distortion and also of blown speakers. Note that the volume of the device playing into the speaker effects the volume and quality of the sound emitted. Do not play your device at high volumes or the unit will amplify it into distortion and possibly damage the speaker. Find the volume level that sends an clear, undistorted signal to this unit, then crank it with the unit's volume and it sounds great
I bought this AM/FM/WB/SW Bluetooth radio today and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the radio sound and speaker which is strong and fills any room in the house. It also picks up Several Shortwave Stations and picks up easily and strong the NOAA weather station here in Florida. The battery life is good. Will reccomend this radio without hesitation.
Had this Scout couple weeks & love the features, Will recharge itself & your phone & even receives Shortwave. Great quality product & you can leave it out in the Rain. Solar panel on top is awesome.
We bought this a month ago and have used it every weekend since. Solar charging is a must have!
Does 100% what it says it will do. And the speaker sound quality is amazing. I bought myself one. Then ended up buying more for gifts. Now I need more for more gifts. Who needs an Alexa that spies on you when I have this. And I can bluetooth my phone all day to it for my music because i work outdoors. Therefore the daylight keeps my phone and radio charged all day. So awesome. I swear I take this thing everywhere
The crank on it has to be cranked for 12 hours to be charged. The solar part doesn't work either.
I have used this with my iPhone on Bluetooth but I can not get the radio or weather to pull in any channels. I'm looking forward to taking it camping. But wish the radio would work.
This unit had very weak reception and no way to connect an external antenna. I returned the unit the next day.
I was the lucky one to received a defective one. It will not charge at all. It has to be plugged in to the wall outlet in order to work. I read some reviews here and also on amazon and this is a very common problem with this device. So i decided to return it and will NOT order a new one.
