It was cheaper than ordering direct from the manufacturer
Great upgrade from previous models. Definitely worth the price. No issues so far with operation and maintenance of 9s Roomba. Just one recommendation for the accessories, should provide suggestion to when to replace 9s parts/components. For example, filters should be replaced every 6 months or after 100 runs.
I absolutely love my Roombas. I could never get the books and crannies at the edge of the walls clean with any of my other vacuums or their attachments. In the past I would have to get down on my hands and knees with a wet rag and scrub the edge of the carpet where it meets the wall. I have 3 golden retrievers who shed a lot. I've tried different models of Miele, Hoover, and Dyson. None of clean the carpet as well as my Roomba. However, I had to take away a star because debris always gets caught underneath the Light Green Roller causing it to overheat and disintegrate. I have gone through 3 of the Light Green Rollers while the Dark Green Rollers are not showing any wear. Because of this I would recommend that the company make the replacement rollers available separately. I feel like I'm wasting money while acquiring a collection of prefecture good Dark Green Rollers. I highly recommend Roomba for pet owners. With 3 Goldens I would spend quite a bit of time vacuuming every day.
Ive had my roomba I9 since May1. Ive gone through 3 dark green rollers in the last 10 weeks. Yes i am doing the required maintenance according to your videos. The white end on the roller seems to get chewed up and it smells like it is overheating. The roomba sounds really loud. The light green roller has no issues. I am wasting money buying a set when l only need the dark green one. Please either make both rollers the same or let us buy just one color. Roomba is expensive and you should take care of your customers.
These were loud and seemed to be of worse quality than the original set. I'd return them but I'm out of the return period. I thought purchasing OEM would be best but apparently not.
Rips easily even with carpet strings that robot pulls apart From the carpet. It's been a month in replaced it and it's ripped again!! iRobot has to lower the prices or come up with a better product.. always the lighter green one rips, annoying!!
iRobot s Series Replacement Parts arrived with the iRobot box itself taped up because of it being damage and/or likely was a previous return, the box could be opened without the need of peeling off any tape. Items were loose in the box, not fitting like authentic replacements usually do and the square-pegged multi-surface brush looked defective immediately at first look. After comparing these to authentic multi-surface iRobot brushes I already had, I could see these are either not authentic or not of the S-Series. These parts are actually shorter than the authentic. Even though the other items "might" be legit I am only giving one star because this should have been caught before trying to ship to someone who still paid around $70 for them. Shame, shame! Looks like I have to go through IT Direct to work the return and refund even though this was purchased through Walmart (that's a pain). It better be free shipping and a total refund. I wanted to save $5, but I guess I just need to go back to buying from either Amazon or iRobot.
I replaced the original rollers after only about 4 months of usage and regular maintenance. They fell apart but held up longer than the replacements. I don't understand how these rollers fall apart this way. Definitely disappointed in how quick the replacements did.
Just one use and the bristles of the corner brush fell off. All three corner brushes were useless. I had to repurchase the product from Amazon.
I'm constantly having to replace the corner brush because the bristles fall off. They are not good quality at all.
