I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDSON'S 3RD BIRTHDAY. I COULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING BETTER. HIS EYES LIT UP AND HE WILL NOT GET OFF OF IT WHEN HE'S AT GRANDMA'S HOUSE. I ALSO BOUGHT THE BLUE WHALE SPLASH POOL. HE STILL PREFERS THE TRIKE. ALL THE OTHER KIDS LIKED THE POOL.
My 2 yr. old great grand son loves his IronMan Trike. cannot yet reach the peddals but has no trouble moving just the same. I'm sure he'll love it for some time to come.
My son absolutely loves this trike! He can't quite reach both pedals yet, but because it sits higher than many push-alongs, he has no problems walking it along with his feet. With three seat positions, we'll be using this for a long time. The lights and sounds are great! He loves being able to turn the key to start the engine and revving it up. Being a motorcycle lover since he's been able to say "cycle", this was a perfect choice for my little guy. Putting it together posed only minor challenges. The instructions specify to use screws A, B, C, etc. in specific places, but there is no guide to which screw is which. Little tip: the longest screw goes in the handlebars.
My son loves Iron-man, so i had to buy this for him, I wish it was a little bigger. Both of my son's weigh in between 40-45 lbs. And i would not recommend it for anyone over 50lbs. But other than that it's a great product.
We purchased this for our 2 yr. old son. when we took it out of thepackage..i have to say we were very displeased..it looked as if it was already used. but, we still put it together. when we were done, we tried it out(rolling it and turing the handle bars) before giving it to our son, and found that the handle bars did not turn at all. my husband had to fix it himself. also, it is a good bit loose, but i guess still safe.
Very cute, and much nicer looking than the batman trike. I gave it three stars because it doesn't seem very sturdy and I'm not sure it will last as long as I think a $40 bike should (you could buy a "big" bike for that). Also, its only been out there for a couple weeks and the wheel stickers have started to peel. My two year old loves it, drives around the patio on it a lot! His feet don't quite comfortably hit the pedals, though.
I bought this bike and the Hulk one for my little guys for Christmas. My husband put them together. This one was fine but the Hulk one's noise box is broken. The boys are riding around the house in them since Christmas day. When the weather gets better I'm sure their enjoyment will never end.
After reading the reviews, I tried to cancel the order, but it was sent and arrived in 2 days. It looked good but very small. Sale price was probably even too high for this item. But Walmart was GREAT with the return in store- even refunded the very high shipping fee.
This product is assembled with 2 bolts. The gas tank snaps on which causes the handle bars to get stuck when turning right or left. My grandkids had to take the gas tank off to ride the trikes. Unfortunately, we put them together the Christmas Eve or we would of never kept them. So not worth the money.
We were so excited to get this for our 2 year old son so he and his big sister wouldn't have to fight over her Dora trike. Went to put it together on Christmas Eve, and couldn't believe the poor quality. It came with all of the stickers already on it, and I could have done a better job blindfolded. EVERY sticker had wrinkles in it and bubbles under it, and they were ALL on crooked. Parts of it were so hard to put together that even my handy husband nearly skewered himself with the screwdriver several times. Once it was all put together, there were clicking noises that weren't supposed to be there. If I'd have looked at it before Christmas Eve, I would have sent it back. I don't think it will be long before my son has it torn apart. My daughter's Dora trike is MUCH better quality.
