So much fun! Easy set up, much less static than other karaoke machines! Sleek design that is easy to tote around. Flashing lights are a great addition to make this a stand-out party essential. By far the best sound I've heard in a long time. Works nicely just as a mic to reach a large audience. Flashing lights can be turned off to make it look professional...until someone spots the "iSing" - meeting would be adjourned for an awesome karaoke party! Auxiliary cord means that everyone can play their fave song. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am not the most technically savvy person, so I was worried it would take forever to get this setup. However, it was so easy!! My sons' iPad synced within seconds and so did my iPhone. The microphone quality is great too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is a great little unit. I was impressed by how good the sound is, no issues with cutting out or anything. It has two microphone jacks so you can sing duets (one microphone is included), and it also has an AV jack which allows you to hook your phone/external player up to the machine. It comes with a sample CD+G, which when you use an AUX cable to connect it to your TV will show the lyrics on your screen and highlight the words as you sing. My daughter has a bunch of these, you can get them at most of the big box stores. The sound is amplified through the TV when you use this feature as well. When using an external unit like an iPod/etc. you don't have the option to have the sound come through the TV, but the unit's speakers work just fine without this. I connected my iPhone and played some karaoke music I downloaded from iTunes and it sounded great. You can choose to turn the lights off if you wish. When they're on they light up the room, the red and blue lights chase each other around the light ring. The unit can be programmed to play songs on a CD in a certain order or repeat a single selection. You can also use the Echo and Automatic Voice Control to adjust the sounds from the microphone. I also like that you have the option to use batteries, and the unit is lightweight and portable. In all this is a nice little karaoke machine and one I would highly recommend. We received this karaoke machine in exchange for an honest review. I love the flashing lights around the machine, they add an extra fun element to it! The microphone worked well, and didn't seem to give off any feedback. The sound was clear as well! I was pleasantly surprised by the speaker clarity as well. Overall this is a great, fun product that both kids and adults will enjoy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am using this product for my 5 year old, and it's great so far! It's light and easy to tote from one room to another. My 5 year old loves the lights, which are surprisingly bright. The buttons are simple to understand and use, and I love that I can plug it into multiple audio sources to get music. The microphone works well, but it took a little time figuring out how to adjust the various volume controls to get the music to right level to be able to hear the microphone well. The 2 things that could be improved are: -microphone sensitivity could be better: You have to hold the microphone right on your lips to be able to hear your voice. For an older kid or adult it probably wouldn't be that big of a deal, but my 5 year old is having trouble remembering to keep it right on his lips because he is also dancing around, etc. -The Auxiliary cable is pretty short. We needed to reach our tuner, which is up on a shelf. I was barely able to stretch the cord to where it needed to reach. Overall, this product is really fun and easy to figure out upon opening. I like that there's an option to plug it into the wall if you don't want to use batteries. We look forward to using it more! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Easy assembly which allowed for quick use. The product is very well labeled which consequently made it easy for my small children to use. It is very mobile and uses batteries if you are on the go. I wish it had come with two microphones but otherwise, it is very simple to use. Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I received this product a week ago and my children love it. The only thing I would like to be better is the mic volume. When music us playing it can get louder than the person singing. Other than that the pe machine is great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I received this machine about a week ago and I love it! There are Agee things that I did note when using the produc. 1. You must sing close and at the top of the microphone or else it will not be picked up by the speakers and 2. I think it should come with two microphones. UT that's just my opinion. Overall very easy installation and great for parties at the house! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We recently received this Vivitar I-Sing and we were pleasantly surprised with the easy setup. My kids had a great time playing with it. The machine has great volume and cute flashing lights for added excitement. The only negative thing I have to say, is that it only comes with two songs. Purchasing songs is a must for continued enjoyment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was really excited to receive this karaoke machine. In my mind, I was thinking karaoke...like words popping up on a screen while the instrumental music plays. Words to songs do not scroll across a screen on the actual karaoke machine so you know what to sing, even though you can plug it into your TV for the words to appear. When you plug it into a TV and words pop up on the TV screen, you have to turn down the karaoke machine volume because it is not in sync with the TV sound. The font of the TV screen words looks dated, like 1980s dated. There is a place to put a CD and you can also hook it up to your iPhone or iPad, as well as an android product. This is what's confusing. The name of the product is iSing, and printed all over the box is information about connecting the iSing to your iPhone or iPad. It all alludes to this machine being technologically advanced. What it comes down to is, if you hook the machine up to your device, the sound comes out of your device. There's really nothing in the directions that go into detail about using your Apple device. Also, if you have any sort of case on your iPhone or iPad, the adapter will not go in all the way which results in very poor sound quality. I don't know why you'd even need to plug it into a phone or tablet seeing that the machine itself has a speaker. The microphone feels a little cheap and isn't the best sound quality. At first there was lots of crackling, but after really pushing the microphone adaptor in and messing with the cord, it cleared up. You can adjust the echo easily with a dial. There are flashing lights that you have the option of turning on. To me, they seemed annoying. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
