I bought this Karoake Machine because my daughter is taking vocal lessons. So she needed a way to practice at home. I like this machine because a cell phone can be attached or you can you karoake CD's. The volume is controlled right on the system to make where she can hear herself more so that she knows when she is hitting the right pitches. I used this for a tween party and it was a hit with the party goers.. Not only does it play karaoke CDs with the words displayed on the large screen in front or you can hook it up to your TV but it also plays mp3s and regular CDs or plug your ipod.. I got this a couple weeks ago and my kids love it. It's light weight so most kids can pick it up and move it without help. The iSing Deluxe Karoke with screen machine was very lightweight; therefore portable. However, the sound quality left much to be desired and the tv screen reminded me of the eighties. The machine was very sturdy. I like how it had a screen for the lyrics... although I feel that the technology on the screen and the buttons on the machine made it look a bit dated. The digital effects on the screen took a while to load. I was very impressed with the sound quality of both the machine and the microphone.
