Hello, this grill impressed from the moment I opened the box, well packed, about 70% of the assembly is already done!! That said, check all the screws anyway, after unpacking it took me about an hour and a half to assemble, do yourself a favor, toss the enclosed tools, using good quality tools makes the job easier, I used a power screwdriver and it was a breeze. The thing that really sold this grill over the others at WM was the BRASS burners, with any other grill you have too replace rusted out burners every couple of years, not with this baby! And too make it even a better buy WM is clearing out grills, I paid $275 for this $400 grill, at it's regular price it's a good deal, at clearance, it's a steal. If you are thinking about buying a grill, this is one that will last a long, long time.
Just bought this grill and put it together in a little under 3 hours.Went together great,no problems.Was a bit bulky to get the main burners out of the box but handled the whole job with no help. Got it together and expected some trouble getting it lit for the first time but to my surprise it fired up with one click .EVERY BURNER. Looks great and is very sturdy. Makes the whole patio. Wish it had a rotiserri as a standard feature. Overall very pleased.
Got it on the morning of 9/16/07, put it together in less than an hour and started grilling on it for the Noon football games. Can't wait for next weekend!!!!!!
Bought on 8/25/07 put it together in 2 hours. Lit first time, I'm handicapped my son-inlaw brought it to my house. I took it from there. It was on sale in Salem, NH store for $297.00 WHAT A BUY..
I just purchased this grill and it is big enough for about 24 hamburgers on it. It was easy to put together 1.5 hrs and I was done. The burners lit right away no problem. The only thing that this grill is missing it a tank indicator to let you know when you are getting low. I had an old webber that had this feature. Stainless steel show hand prints but cleans off easily. I would recommed this grill got it on sale for $275.00 not a bad price.
I was in Wal-mart the other day, I seen they had the grill marked down to $175.00, for a ($400.00) grill, They even put it together for me for free,But Wal-mart does that any way here. I brought it home cooked some burgers on it, All I can say YOU cant go wrong with this one....
It was just what my husband wanted for Christmas. It has all the options that he wanted and he does a wonderful job on the grille. The grille itself is an asset to our deck and creates a good meal.
I purchased this grill about a week ago. It took about 3 hours to put together. The entire grill took about 2 hours, but attaching the side burner took another hour. I ended up going to the local hardware store and spending one dollar on some longer screws. The screws that came with the grill were size M (metric)4X8, I could not get the trim ring attached with these short screws. I believe the ones I used were size M4X16. Other than this small problem, the grill went together fine. This is my first gas grill, so cooking on it has been a learning experience. I wish the grill came with heat plates to cover the burners. I may end up buying some. All burners were easy to light and fired up on the first try. The instructions say to burn in the grill by setting on burners on high for 15 minutes. There were some very strong smells of burning plastic during this time. Overall all I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only reason I did not give five stars for "meets expectations" was because no heat plates were included.
I have had this grill since fathers day of 04 should have replaced the the burners last year but didn't. for the first time !!! I just called blue rhino who makes the grill and ordered new ones still under warranty [ 10 yr ] and they are sending me out a replacement set as I type . great product and service !!!!!
I bought the grill a few days ago, the grill is very good for the money. The installation takes about 2 hours. The only problem is the grill doesnt include warming racks. The burners are not covered by the racks so there is an open flame straight on whatever your cooking. Other than that the grill is good for the money.
