The item was received earlier than expected. However, it was very disappointing that the barbuds were malfunction, Bluetooth wasn't connecting. I had to go to a store to return it and get refunded. It was a waste of time in correspondences.
The left earbud was defective. Tried everything to make it work. resetting, calling help desk. nothing worked
