Its small but its a really good item. But its nit to comfortable. After while it does hurt your ear.

Nice fit, delivery was timely. Im going to buy one for my elderly mother to use for her YouTube listening and for calls so she does not have everyone on speaker phone.
Excellent Bluetooth earpiece! Super easy to pair, has crystal clear sound, and fits nicely in the ear. Comes with multiple size exchanges so that they can stay in ear without the over the ear clip; which is great for us glasses wearers. Highly recommend!
I have owned many Bluetooths over the years. This is one of the very best. I have never needed customer service, and have purchased other brand names with a few MAJOR disappointments. That being said, Jabra is a name I trust for quality and durability. I have owned THREE Talk 25s over the years, and have abused them demonstrably. Excellent Bluetooth. (I buy Jabra.)
I have no idea if my unit is NEW by the delivery method, as it did not come in the manufacture box, only these 2 little white bags. Disappointing and the instruction sheet was poor printout taken from some manual. I would only buy this item from a reliable source, where I know it was NEW. I'm a fan of Jabra but this was unprofessional.
