It's so fast! The app sucks, so I just use it from my computer.

Great functionality, easy to setup and easy to use. Very compact so doesn’t take up much space. Very Simplified design, without lots of confusing buttons. U do not need a computer to use this printer. Customer service phone number on back of manual in the case you may need assistance.
This little label printer has saved my small shop! I used to use a computer to print my label on paper and tape it to a package but with this, I don't have to worry about running out of ink every month! It's easy to print on here and stick it on my package! The only cons are that I've had to reprint one or two labels from time to time but overall great dark color on the labels! I also haven't figured out how to print it directly from my computer because I think it does not connect to the type of computer I have but I've been doing it from my phone! Again, I think this is great for small online businesses or if you ship a lot of packages! It's a great staple to have in the house as well for when I need a label in the future!

Super easy to set up and get connected to my phone and my laptop! Perfect for my small business so far. I haven't tried making custom stickers yet but it does what it's supposed to do for shipping labels! Great for the price!

It cost $19.99 to download the app to use the machine. No notice of the cost until you are downloading it. Never showed the cost until my credit card gave me the alert. After that I printed a test label with no problems. I will be printing actual shipping labels tomorrow so I will see how it goes. You also have to buy the label holder separately.
Every label is printed wrong. The bar code is all jammed together so it dont even scan. Waiting well over a week for a refund. Still waiting
