I like the printer, it does not tell you to hook up your phone with the included cord for tge first time you print, otherwise bluetooth does not work right out of the box. You mist repeat this eveytime tge unit is turned off. I do not mind using it with the cable, but i think other users will be disappointed to know that a cable hook up is the most reliable way to get a copy . Very easy to load labels and included tge label tray for fan fold or rolls, which was a big plus for me. Over all a good buy, for someone who is not real technologically up to date, I waded through the instructions realativly easily. They offer a website faq and phone number for questions. I did not have to call anyone. I was able to make a return label, and a custom label by without calling anyone. Was shipped quickly, came with all needed cables. Really spits out the labels. Price is right, compared to others.
Is it me? Am I the problem? No seriously every time I touch it, I do something wrong. The husband will click a few buttons or adjust the paper guide and it will print fine. Just a little finnicky. Also the roll holder that came with it, did not fit the roll of stickers I got from Amazon, so I'm using a stainless steel straw. Pic: cat judging me for printing crappy labels.
But I don't like about this Jaden printer is they say that it's very easy to connect it to your phone but that's not the truth and then when you call customer support you don't understand a word they're saying of how to fix it they don't know either, so just really disappointed. I can't use it on all of my apps that I care to use it on.
I really wanted this label printers so it's easy to put on my boxes but it's I spend at least 30 minutes to an hour sizing it getting it ready to go I don't know if I'm going to return it or not
I followed instructions to calibrate printer, and pair with my device Bluetooth. The app constantly crashes. It will not stay paired with my device. When I finally got it to print wirelessly, it wasted several labels (20 ) printing gobbledygook. I read all the Support threads, tried to call Support phone number, and got the option to leave a message. The QR Code, does not load a valid support number in WhatsApp. Disaster when I needed to have a label printer that was reliable. I will be returning this printer for a full refund. Run fast and far.
