I love that I finally found a ""pencil"" eye liner that was a dark blue or dark navy color!
lovely vibrant tone and soft, smooth application, overall pleased with this one
the blue seems dryer and harder to apply then my usual black brown.
It works well as a natural eyeliner which is great, but it's *barely* navy/midnight blue. I would think someone was wearing a softer black eyeliner if I saw it on someone else.
Shipped in a envelope style package. The eye pencil was totally crushed. Tried to sharpen, just broke further apart. Cannot be used.
