I amasmade my own. whiile these are suffienf for one .skein
Great little item to help organize and store all of your embroidery thread. I really like that it had a preprinted line to write on what color number the thread is too. Very helpful.
These are definitely made of thin cardboard, but they hold up well if you're gentle. They come in sheets of 4 and you have to punch out each one as you need it.

OK. Very thin, flimsy. Might be ok for disposable projects will not hold up for long term use of embroidery thread.
It works overall but be careful when wrapping the thread. I was holding the side with the slits to hold the thread and the piece came off. Not really reusable. It would be work paying a bit extra and getting plastic ones.
These are very flimsy and too wide for the standard divided cases these are used with. I had to cut them all down to fit. Definitely will NOT be buying these again. Stick with the DMC plastic bobbins if you want durability and standardized sizing.
i bought "20" of the cardboard Bobbins they charged me for all of them and sent me 1 and i called them and they said they will send me more over the next 2 days wait a min they took the money out off my credit card in one payment well i should have gotten all them at once not over 3 days i have never had a problem with walmard.com ever until now for this i do not think you even have a one star rating very poor rating for this
These are flimsy and just slightly too large to work with the same brand bobbin storage. Like who does quality control on these things? The picture on the storage container shows them fitting in sideways but if I put them in sideways in mine, it has to bend to fit.
i was only ableto wind the foss one time until the winged edge came off.
