Helps a lot with my hair, skin and nails
I love this product. I usually buy it from another major retailer, but just saw it for a better price here. Not only does it help my once lifeless hair and nails, but it also gives me energy as an added bonus. You honestly can't go wrong with the Jarrow Formulas brand... they always deliver what they promise. Thank you!

This product has a high amount of biotin compared to other brands. My nails are already stronger.
I have used Biotin for a few years, never saw much result. However when I switched to Jarrow brand I am now seeing results. Stronger and longer nails and hair.
I have using this biotin brand for over a month now. My hairdresser told to try this to help with my fine hair and it seems to be making it feel fuller It has also made my weak, peeling and cracking nails strong. I will definitely continue to purchase this!

Over the course of a year or so, I've seen an improvement in the condition of my hair, nails, and skin, and I correlate that to my taking this B vitamin on top of my multi, along with one other product (with a similar sounding name) specifically designed for hair, nails, and skin.
