Since I have used it awhile, I've noticed a difference with other formulas. With Bone Up I seem to have much less muscle cramps. So I have to say THANK YOU !!
Does what it's suppose to do. My blood work was good. I'm excited to know if my next bone density test is better. We'll see. I will continue to purchase. Walmart.com has the best price so far.
The Three-Day version is SO much easier than the six a day. This supplement is highly effective and helps bone strength by getting calcium where it needs to go!
Love the three per day over the six. Just wish it came in a larger size that would be as economical as the 6 per day. Fewer caps should be lower price, right?
I have been using this product bone-up for a few years and have been pleased with it. Actually, it was my brother who told me about this particular calcium.
I love Jarrow's Calcium formulas but they are pricy. So this time, I purchased this formula because it was cheaper but I supplement it with Potassium Citrate because that's the only ingredient missing form their more expensive formula. It works great, I've already noticed a difference in my nails!
It's hard to say with certain supplements if they are really working. I'm not sure how I would know with calcium. I chose Jarrow's Bone Up because of a calcium supplement lecture I attended at a health food store. Jarrow's Bone Up was one of the formulas the nutritionist recommended due to the type of calcium it had and the other ingredients (vitamins D, K, etc.) The pills are large, but I enjoy only taking them once a day (I used to take the six per day formula).
Second time reorder easy to swallow and helps with my osteoporosis
I purchased the 90 count bottle because it is new for me. My only concern is that the capsules are huge!! I wrote to the manufacture to ask if the capsules could be opened and put into liquid. They said yes and also told me about it being sold in powder form which I will try next time.
The product might be ok, but the only problem is Hugh large pills that I cant swallow probab)y choke. Will be returning. Could not take. How do I know size tryed to take 1 could not swallow.
