Noticeable difference around day 3 of regularly taking it. I took ritalin in middle school. This is one out the closest things I've ever found with a noticeable focus effect like ritalin.
This product really helped me regain my cognitive function. But what I have found is that it noticeably eased my fatigue associated with clinical depression of which I suffer. I usually take two tablets every day. After several minutes, I feel like young and rejuvenated. It gives you the energy that you feel with a cup of coffee without any side effects. It also seems to last all day for me. I took it to my doctor and he said that it was safe for me to take combined with the prescription drugs that I am already taking. This supplement is really good. Never though that I will found a product just like this. I highly recommend it.
I have been using this product for a long time now. I am already in my 40's and I work in an office and on several other projects like blogging and article writing. Sometimes, I really tend to forgot some of my ideas while I was doing my job. Citicoline helped me relieved my issues. After continuous usage, I have my young brain back. I can say that this product is very helpful for people who has an Alzheimer's. I think it has great potential for people with serious memory impairment. I am thankful that it has no side effects on me so far. I hope it will continue that way.
I have been taking Jarrows Citicoline CDP for the past year and have found that it greatly improved my memory. I had to take a few written tests for my job and now that I am in my early 50's my memory is not that good. I purchased my first bottle of Citicoline and started taking them. I passed all of my tests with immediate memory recall on what I had to study. I have taken other memory vitamins and have found that none of them worked as fast and effective as this one.
My package got here much quicker than I expected. I was very pleased!

Excellent product. See mind improving qualities in only three weeks of use thus far. Plan on continually using this product.
Had great expectations that this product would help with memory but unfortunately that was not the case. I felt it would have been beneficial since its stated in the literature that it crosses the blood-brain barrier. Will keep studying and searching.
I purchased this from after having some success with Choline Citrate. The problem I had with Citrate is that it hurt my stomach. I purchased this and used it for a week at doses of 250mg- 1gram and found what while it didn't upset my stomach, it did zero in terms of benefits in cognition and memory. Don't waste your money on this. Try choline citrate or bitartrate which are way cheaper and work better.
For any reason, this product didn't work for my. I took it only three times, and every time I got a terrible pain at the back of my head.
