these are easy to take and have no unpleasant taste. i am curious to see if it helps with my cholesterol. i have genetic high cholesterol even though i have been a whole food vegan for almost thirty years. it's frustrating and scary, so hoping this will help so i don't have to go on statins.
I'm trying this out for the first time as i want to add it to my daily supplements to help keep my cholesterol in check. seems like good value for the dosage, i think i will continue with this in my cabinet.
I started taking Citrus Bergamot about 1-1/2 years ago, upon recommendation of my doctor in lieu of a statin. I have had two blood draws since then, with lower cholesterol levels each time, so I feel the bergamot is working. I take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, and have had no problems.
Friends of mine suggested this heart healthy supplement and so far it has really been amazing. If you are getting on in years it is important to take care of your heart!
I was a bit sceptical at first, but Citrus Bergamot has exceeded my expectations. My lipid profile is better, and I've also noticed a slight boost in my mood. It's now a staple in my daily supplement routine.
Not the cheapest supplement, but very useful in helping to control lipid levels, without having the downsides of statins. Especially important for people using PEDs or on TRT, as lipid control gets harder for them. One capsule with breakfast and one with diner, with addition of Berberine and daily fasted cardio should be enough to get most people off statins.
The supplement has helped reduce joint pain and inflammation, improve skin and hair health, and boost energy levels. Overall improvements in me health and well-being. A+++
Size was bigger than expected but also did not leave a bad after taste. It did take some time to get use to swallowing, however it is a quality in not easily broken
I was very hopeful on taking this. Unfortunately my total cholesterol and bad cholesterol actually went up on this. I wanted to try a natural way to lower it instead of a statin. That was a lot of money and time wasted. Why are people saying this lowers cholesterol? It doesn't.
I love the Jarrow brand. Citrus bergamot, regardless of brand, does not work for me. Causes terrible heartburn and leg cramps. Was hoping this would help normalize my cholesterol level but I was never able to take it long enough to find out.
