Good balance, pleasant taste, no afterburps !
Ok, I take the Swanson Super EPA fish oil and love it, but my 92 yr old mom sometimes gets the fishy after taste and wanted to stop taking it....There aren't a lot of great alternatives but then I stumbled onto this one. This is prices great and although not 100% non fishy, it is almost non existent. A perfect formula with good amounts of EPA and DHA that is virtually tasteless....Id highly recommend for anyone who gets the burps and hates regular fish oil....and I've take 20+ supps and have for decades so I know my research. Get this.
This was a very good value for the price. I felt like I was getting a good balance of EPA and DHA. No aftertaste and easy to take.
I've been through a lot of brands of fish oil that claim to be odorless but either stink when you open the bottle or very soon after. I called Jarrow and they explained how their sophisticated processing removes impurities of all kinds without damaging the DHA and EPA potency. Excellent! This is the only one I will buy or recommend.
Two of these give you optimal dosage. No after taste.

My daughter has ADHD and dyslexia and was advised to get the 2:1 ratio EPA-DHA fish oil. The Jarrow fish oil works great and we (and her teachers) see a noticeable decline in attention when my daughter is not taking these fish oil softgels. They do work. The problem is I ordered 4 bottles of this from Walmart online and when they showed up the "best use by date" was for 12/19. It was 27 December 2019 when they arrived. I returned all four for replacements and they were able to send one more bottle and it also had the same "best use by date" and it is now 01/20
